Villa Bora Bora

Villa Bora Bora is a wonderful holiday property affording a prime location in the Galé area and only a 10-minute walk from the gorgeous sand beach of Praia Manuel Lourenço. The outside area consists of a south facing private swimming pool and a BBQ grill, ideal for al fresco dining during your stay here.

This charming holiday home has 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 + 1 guests all of which have air-conditioning.

On the first floor are two twin bedded rooms, one of which has patio doors leading out to a spacious south facing terrace over-looking the pool. There is one bathroom with a bath tub and overheard shower on this floor.

The remaining 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor and both are furnished with double beds. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room and patio doors leading out to the swimming pool, there is also an extra shower room on the ground floor.

The kitchen is separate from the living area and has a small pantry and direct access to the outside area. It is fully equipped with everything you would require for preparing meals during your stay including a microwave, hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

The lounge/dining room is open plan with a dining table, comfortable sofas and a TV with satellite/cable box.

Patio doors from the lounge lead you to the outdoor dining area and swimming pool, allowing you to the prepare summer meals to be enjoyed al fresco.

This comfortable villa is an ideal holiday base for couples or families, has free internet Wifi access and is within walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and the beautiful golden sandy beaches of Lourenço and Galé, just to name a couple.

The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Fishermen's beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10-minute drive.

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only)

Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.

Prices up to 8 people
The 9th person pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed for only €91 per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week.

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
