Villa Toscana is a charming 4-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool in the Quinta dos Álamos estate. Just a 10-minute walk from the village of Guia, famous for piri-piri chicken, this property is also a short drive from Albufeira and some of the most beautiful beaches in the region.

Three of the villa’s bedrooms (with double beds - 1 en-suite) and an additional bathroom can be found on the first floor, while the lower floor houses the games room with a pool table, table tennis table and a large sofa.
The fourth bedroom (with 2 single beds) is found on the ground floor, as well as an additional service bathroom, laundry room and fully equipped kitchen with a vintage stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes and utensils, and coffee machine.

The spacious and bright lounge / dining area is perfect for bringing the family together for meals indoors or out on the terrace, overlooking the swimming pool. Plenty of sun loungers are available outside for soaking up the Algarve sun and a barbeque allows for open air summer grilling.

The property is completely walled and fenced, with an automatic gate leading to the parking facilities within the property. Free Wi-Fi is provided, as well as air-conditioning in all bedrooms, TV and a sound system.

The charming village of Guia, with several restaurants specialising in Chicken Piri-Piri (chicken in a spicy sauce), banks and bakeries, is just a few minutes' walk away and the Algarve Shopping centre, with a variety of shops, supermarket and restaurants is only an 18-minute walk away.

The Salgados Golf Course and nature reserve, with a lagoon and pedestrian walkway (great for bird watching), are located within a short distance by car, as well as beautiful beaches such as Salgados, Lourenço or São Rafael.

Albufeira town, with its colourful marina, charming old town along Fishermen's beach and the strip, with quality restaurants, pubs, shops and sparkling nightlife, is located within a 7-minute drive.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season).

The 9th person pays an additional rental amount for an extra bed for only €77 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
