Close to restaurants, cafes, hypermarket and Lusíadas hospital, it is a 3-minute drive from Rua da Oura and 5 from Oura beach.

- Complete bathroom with bathtub. Towels, toilet paper and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience! Shower gel and liquid hand soap are also provided
- Living room with TV, air conditioning, cable TV, and dining area
- Fully equipped kitchen. It has all the necessary amenities to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal during your stay, such as a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine and dryer.
- It also has a huge balcony with table and chairs.

You will have access to the entire property and all its amenities, including the apartment's pool, all furniture and utensils. And a beautiful balcony with a sea view

Other things to keep in mind
The apartment itself is maintained by a professional cleaning team and fresh bed linen and towels are provided for the period of your stay. If you would like a cleaning mid-stay, you can request this at the time of booking and it may be subject to an extra cost.
Check-in after 9pm has an extra cost of 25 euros paid on site in cash.
