15 Min walk to beach and Albufeira Old Town with all attractions.
At the condominium there is a child's swimming pool, an adult swimming pool for those who enjoy a relaxing day by the pool and a tennis court.

A BBQ is also available in the living room balcony, where a table and chairs can also be found, along with the sun beds.



Albufeira also boasts some of the best restaurants in the Algarve and has a varied night-life to suit all ages. The location is ideal for many of the Algarve’s golf courses.
Salgados Golf Course in 10 Min drive. Only a 20 minutes drive to Vilamoura golf course.

For guests wishing to rent a car we can make arrangements with a local car firm at competitive rates with efficient and personal service.
We can also reserve a taxi or a minibus from Faro Airport. The driver will await your arrival and bring you direct to the Apartment.

Faro Airport is 30 Min by car and the IP1 (A22) connects direct between Faro and Albufeira, the IP1 (A22) is 5mins by car from the villa. Car hire is recommended but not essential. If you prefer not to hire a car, taxis are very reasonable. Airport transfer for 7 people approx 45 Euro. 10 minute drive to nearest train station.
10 Min drive to the famous Montechoro Strip, where you can find restaurants, shops, bars and clubs, and the Oura Beach.

Property is located in small development 20 minutes walk from Albufeira old town, close to supermarket & restaurants. Fantastic property, spacious, clean, all amenities provided. Pool area quiet, very relaxing. Owner very helpful. Highly recommend. Stayed as family of 2 adults, 3 teenagers (ages 18,16,14)

Wonderful villa and complex

Sandra was there to welcome us and our first impression of the villa was breathtaking. Very spacious and had everything you needed. There were a few niggles but Sandra sorted these straight away. She was lovely. The villa was very well equipped with sunbeds, washing machine, microwave etc. Even tennis rackets!. The only disappointing thing was, we thought we had cable tv but we only had sky news and some local programmes. But we bought a device called chromecast from the electrical shop at the algarve shopping centre (about half hour walk) and could access netflicks, youtube and spotify through our phones which was great. The wifi was very strong and reliable which was good. The site was really quiet and the fabulous swimming pool was never busy. The balcony was huge. enough room for 4 adults to lie on sun loungers. There was a great supermarket about 10 minutes away which sold everything you needed. We also spent alot of time in the farmvillage cafe. It was like our second home. the food and owners (family run) were amazing. Loved it. The walk into town was a good 20 minutes. This didn't bother us at all. It was a pleasant walk. Sometimes we got a taxi back which was 5 euros with tip. You have the best of both worlds staying here. not far from the town but absolute peace and quiet when on the complex. The apartment was lovely and cool inside and we had no need to use the air conditioning. The bedrooms were both en suite and huge with their own balconies. we had 3 bathrooms. The sofa was so comfy. We really really loved this place and we knew we could phone Sandra anytime if we had any questions or queries. Would definately recommend.

Fantastic apartment, spacious, secure and everything you could want for a relaxing holiday.

We stayed 13th August 2017 for 8 nights in this spacious apartment. 2 Adults,4 children - aged 16,15,13,12. Ample space for everyone. Bedrooms large with ensuite and balcony off each. Large leather sofa bed in living room which was bigger than a double bed and very comfortable. Third shower/toilet downstairs. Large kitchen which was well equiped with everything you needed for cooking. Washing machine just downstairs which was handy. Large balcony with table and chairs off living room with bbq which was great. Swimming pool was not overly big but wasnt a problem because it was never full - some days we had it all to ourselves. Loved the fact that we had our own sunloungers, so you didnt need to rush out first thing in the morning to get a space around the pool. Electric shutters were fantastic because when closed during the day, it kept the apartment cool and also made the place feel very secure. We didnt need to use the air con very much at all because of this. Closest supermarket is 10 min walk-Pingo Doce-where there's a good selection of the basics and fresh bread! Lidl is a good 25 min walk if you want a bit more variety {although quite a hilly climb!). There's a taxi rank outside it so that was good for coming back. Old town is 25 min walk but no hills and is a pleasant walk in the evening when not so hot! We got taxi back for around 6/7euros. We used the Farm Village Restaurant as pick up point when ordering a taxi and usually didn't have to wait more than 5mins. The restaurant itself is nice if you dont want to go any further for a meal. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would definately return again. Thanks to Sandra for organising the taxi to and from the airport. It was great to get into the taxi and be at the apartment within 40 mins.

Excellent!

Villa was clean and spacious. Sandra was available if we ever needed her, for instance when we thought we had locked ourselves out she was there within minutes to help. It is well situated on the complex and in a great location.

Great villa, spotless, good location and great for kids!

We're just finishing a one week stay at this villa. We had a great week. The villa was perfect for us (4 adults, 2 kids under 5 and a baby). The kids pool was great, nothing negative to say at all about the villa. The transfer arranged by sandra was seamless too. Would highly recommend this villa and would come back again. Great value!

Lovely Apartment in a good location

The property is well spec'ed & spacious. All the equipment is in a good condition. The apartment is light & airy. The property is situated about a 20 min walk from Albufeira Old Town. We also took the option of the airport transfer, booked with Sandra. Really well priced & went without a hitch. We loved staying in this apartment & would definately recommend it to anyone thinking of staying here

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Wer das Haus mietet sollte allerdings wissen, das die Garage als T1 zusätzlich vermietet wird und die Waschmaschiene, die im Eingangsbereich installiert ist, mitbenutzt wird. Das fanden wir nicht so angenehm, da in der Vermietungsanzeige hiervon nichts stand. Auch ist der Strand zu Fuß nicht in 15 Minuten zu erreichen, sondern dauert ca. 30 Gehminuten. Ansonsten ist die Ferienanlage sehr sauber und zu empfehlen.
