Step into yesterday’s tomorrow in this 4 bedroom, 2 bath ranch-style home, freshly remodeled and furnished to capture the swanky essence of atomic age design. Can you dig it?

Our home features a fully equipped kitchen, including coffee 3 ways, backyard deck with a grill, fire pit, and above ground pool (open during summer, feel free to reach out to confirm if it’s open or not), home theatre with a 75inch TV and PS5, “Players Club” arcade room that passes the vibe check,

Wifi, Bose Bluetooth speaker, EV Charger, device chargers, smart lock and Nest thermostat round out the tech options in our smart home. Enjoy a retro feel without compromising on modern comforts.

Note: We have a Ring Doorbell Camera and two outdoor floodlight cameras for security, one on the driveway and one pointed toward the pool.

Other things to note:
~No Parties or Events- due to Airbnb's anti-party policy, we have anti-party technology in place to prevent parties. Only registered guests are allowed at the property.

~No Smoking in the house or the garage. Smoking is only permitted outdoors and please use receptacle provided for cigarette butts; do not throw them in the yard.

~Pets- Only approved and pre-vetted dogs are allowed, no more than 2 per stay. Additional pet fee of $150 per dog applies and will be requested through the app. We ask that you be responsible for your pet's behavior, keep them always leashed while outdoors, and keep them off the furniture and beds. Clean up after your pet. Any damage, stains, or excess hair left by pets will result in additional charges.

~Quiet Time- please go indoors before 10PM. We are in a quiet neighborhood of locals, and we respect their peace.

~Wildlife- you will surely see many types of wildlife during your stay. Please keep your distance and give them respect. Do not feed animals! Feeding them is not good for their health and can be dangerous for you. Keep doors and windows closed when not in use to prevent the wildlife from coming indoors. Please ensure garbage is never left outdoors as wildlife will rummage through it and make a mess.

~Pool rules- No Diving, no running, no food, no glass, no rough play, watch your children, SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

~Bicycles and helmets in the garage are available for you to use at your own risk.

~Tampering with security devices is cause for termination of your stay.

~Hot tub- Please rinse off before entering the hot tub. Beauty products such as lotions and soaps can cause build up that requires additional cleaning. Please keep the cover on the hot tub when not in use, which keeps it at the desired temperature and clean. If excessive cleaning is required after your stay (e.g. drain and refill), additional fees will be assessed.

~You must be at least 25 years old to book this home. You will be asked to provide a copy of your driver’s license or identification shortly after booking.

Cleaning after your stay:

We believe your vacation should entail more relaxation and fewer chores. We have scaled back our check out instructions to include as few cleaning requests as possible, so you can spend the most time doing the fun things. Our check out instructions are included below so you know what we ask before booking:

-Leave used beds clearly unmade and leave used towels on the bathroom floor.
-Lock all of the doors, close all windows, and turn off all the lights.
-Set the temperature to 65 degrees on all thermostats and split remotes.
-Take your garbage out to the garbage cans in the garage, and please do not leave any garbage outside as it will attract wildlife.
-Load your used dishes into the dishwasher and run them on your way out.

We do ask that if you are a smoker, please do not leave your cigarette butts in the yard. Keep them contained during your stay and/or dispose of them in the smoking receptacle outside. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our yard and beautiful outdoors clean for others!
