Guest Access:
You will have exclusive access to the entire home and surrounding half-acre yard including the fire pit area and fenced-in outdoor dining area. You will also have access to the seasonal Community pool, Tennis Court/Basketball Court, and an outdoor playground - all located 2 min drive away.

Other things to note:

AGE REQUIREMENTS: We welcome friends and family groups, and the primary renter for each group must be 25 years or older. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns prior to booking.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS: 10 guests (children 2 years or younger do not count towards this occupancy limit)

PRE-REGISTRATION: In accordance with local ordinances, guests will be asked to provide a list of guests and their vehicles about 7 days prior to the start of each reservation. ID may be requested at the time to verify age requirements. Thanks for understanding!

NO PARTIES. Please note that this is NOT a party house and we ask that guests be respectful of our neighborhood and observe the community's quiet hours of 11 pm - 8 am while outdoors.

NO FIREWORKS!!

KIDS & INFANTS: To make this a family-friendly property we have installed baby safety gates in all the staircases and have a fully fenced deck. Pack-n-play available upon request. Kids cutlery sets provided.

PETS: Well-behaved and housebroken pets under 50 lbs are welcome with a $55 per pet cleaning fee.

CARS: There is room in the driveway for up to 4 cars. When booking during winter months in the Pocono mountains, sudden accumulations of snow and ice is always a possibility. 4 wheel drive vehicles are highly suggested.
