Okay stay, Request a partial refund
Hello,
My boyfriend, dog and I just stayed at your property over the weekend. When we arrived, there were ants everywhere. They were clustered at all of the doors and walking throughout the house. Some were dead, some were alive. This caused us to have to heavily clean upon arrival, and feel uncomfortable the entirety of the visit.
I understand that the house is in the wilderness, so bugs will get in, but I think someone should have at least gone to clean up all of the dead bugs, and make sure the other ones were gone as well, before we arrive. The visit for two nights was not cheap, and I feel expecting to be in a house that feels comfortable should be expected, rather than having to kill bugs all weekend.
I am requesting a partial refund. We did stay there, and used the amenities, but the bugs that we came into the house having to deal with is unacceptable.
I also have photos of what I am talking about and can send over.
Also, we took the our trash to the address listed in the house when we left this morning, and there was no where to put the bags. So we drove out of the way in the opposite direction of home and had to then find a different place to throw out the bags we had in our car.
