« The hotel is not as shown. Rooms are old and worn. The bathtub/shower combination was dangerous as the tub bottom was smooth. Easy to slip and fall on. Not very good for seniors that travel. »

« This is a decent inexpensive motel. The room was clean. This motel needs a major refresh. The furniture finishes are worn in spots to bare wood and are scratched. Some of the woodwork had similar issues. The ceiling over the shower had a round spot of mold about the size of a dinner plate. It looked like it could have been caused by water dripping on ceiling from room above. The breakfast items were limited as was the coffee. The large coffee pot was empty but they did have a Keurig, so...

« I want a refund! The hotel was fine. The room was fine. The amenities were fine. The host was terribly overworked only one person for that large hotel. The only problem was the phone didn’t work so I couldn’t call the front desk. The TV didn’t work so that’s why I had to use the phone. I want a refund.
