Our elegant, two-storey townhouse is designed and furnished with your comfort and convenience as a priority. It boasts of an open-plan living area on the ground floor which includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cosy lounge.
Whether you are brewing a cup of coffee in our modern kitchen, or discussing your day`s adventure in the lounge, the uninterrupted flow ensures quality time with your loved ones. The lounge is warmed by a gas fireplace, exuding a cosy ambiance, especially after a fun-filled day exploring the nearby attractions.
For your dining preference, we offer an indoor dining table or an exotic outdoor dining experience on our private patio.
Upstairs, you will find two generously proportioned bedrooms. The first is fitted with a queen bed while the other offers king singles (option to join, available on request). This is a two-storey house and all bedrooms are upstairs. There is also a short flight of steps to get from the car park down to the townhouse.

Guest’s Obligations The guest shall be responsible for the property during the guest’s stay. This responsibility includes: taking reasonable care of the property and leaving the property at the end of stay with all utensils, fixtures, fittings and equipment on, in or about the property in a clean and tidy condition. The guest must not remove anything from the property and all furniture returned to the place in which it was found on arrival.
We understand that breakages and accidents do happen. We won’t ‘sweat the small stuff’ such as the odd piece of glassware, dinnerware or fair wear and tear. However the guest shall be liable for any breakages or damage caused to the property or any part thereof, or any chattels therein that may occur during the guest’s stay that is negligent or malicious. We ask that guests report any damage to us when it happens.
The guest is responsible for making sure that there is no use of illegal substances or conduct of illegal activities at the property or any activities that could invalidate the insurance policy, as they are strictly prohibited. No caravans, tents or other accommodation will be placed at the property without written permission from the property manager.
Checkout Unless otherwise stated or agreed upon with AirBnBuddy, checkout is 10 am. Due to a tight schedule for our cleaners, unapproved late checkout will result in a surcharge which is 25% of the nightly rate.
Smoking There is no smoking permitted inside or outside of the property, unless otherwise stated. If tobacco odour is noted additional cleaning fees will apply to remove it.
Cooking Smells Guests are to be mindful of cooking strong smelling foods. If cooking/food odours are evident after checkout and do not disappear after normal airing and cleaning of the property, any costs involved in odour removal will be charged to the guest.
Cleaning & Linen We employ professional cleaning and laundry services. A cleaning fee is included in your total booking amount and covers cleaning and laundry services, however the home should be left in a reasonably tidy condition after your stay. Should the home be excessively messy or dirty (eg dirty dishes left behind, excessive rubbish, stains etc) additional charges will apply at the rate of $60 + GST per hour. We provided commercially laundered linen. This includes bed sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels.
Call Out In the event that guest(s) set off security alarms, damages/misuses appliances or electronics, the guest will be responsible for call-out fees.
Liabilities Certain features or facilities may not be available from time to time due to circumstances beyond our control for which we accept no liability. In addition, no liability can be accepted by us for any injury, loss or damage to the guest, any member of the guest’s party or any visitor to the rental property, arising out of or in connection with the use of the rental property. Use of facilities at the accommodation including, but not limited spas and swimming pools, is entirely at the renter’s own risk at all times and the Owner/Property Manager accepts no Liability for any injury or loss to the renter. Children are to be supervised at all times by a parent or responsible adult.
