« Great property, fast enough away from the city that you aren't on top of your neighbor but close enough to go get what you need or want. House was very clean and great layout. Contact with property owner was great and quick. Had a small issue, but contacted owner and he was on it right away and quickly took care of it. « Perfect size for 2 people, so cozy! We loved looking right out at the river, especially with the frozen-in-place old steamboat! My son had the bedroom with the closed door and loved it; one night he recorded a moose emerging from the woods across the river on his time-lapse video! He found the bed super comfortable. « This cabin is beautiful, clean and more spacious than a hotel suite. The location is perfect for a fly-over and glacier landing tour. And for a quiet evening after a long day of adventures. It’s a very short drive to ‘downtown’ Talkeetna (very walkable if you like to walk). The hosts sent GREAT recommendations ahead of our stay, including a detour which proved to be a magnificent addition to our trip. »
