« The perfect mountain retreat. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the hot tub was great overlooking the mountains. It was a really wonderful property. Highly recommend. The hosts even left us a homemade French toast dish for the next morning that was excellent! »

« Beautiful cabin. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of space for a large group. Relaxing hot tub in beautiful wooded scenery. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this lovely vacation home. »

« The stay and accommodations were great, we loved it. We were greeted by peacocks every morning, yes peacocks in Alaska. If I had to say one negative about the property, it would be the small dryer. I get that for the size of where the dryer was housed, but it could probably accommodate a bit larger one. I just want to give an honest review. The Host was fantastic and responsive. »

« It was a quick trip but we enjoyed our stay. The main beds are upstairs in the open loft (there is no separation between the “bedroom” and the “office”) and the stairs are quite steep so you always want to have a hand for the railing. The owners live next door and were very helpful and friendly! »

« Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The chalet is so cozy and has everything you need. The view is absolutely unbeatable! Plus, the hosts were incredibly thoughtful and communication was seamless. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights during our trip, and watching them from the hot tub is a core memory. »

« The hosts were fantastic and super on top of it and friendly! This place was off the hook for a ski trip and great retro ski vibes! Super close to the lifts you can easily walk, has a great set up for ski chalet, and hot tub and steam shower were fantastic! In a great spot in Girdwood and a wonderful gem that anyone spending some time at Alyeska should definitely take advantage of! We are from Juneau and have been coming north to ski for years, but wish we had found this place sooner! »

« The location was decent for the plans we had, but that was it. The property itself is very sub-par (at best) except for the newly renovated downstairs bathroom. The dishes were still in the dishwasher from the previous guests which were full of mold/mildew. The pots & pans were not washed well before being placed in the cabinet that was filled with what looked to be animal droppings. « The stay was awesome! Ronica is a great host. The place was very comfortable for all of us to sleep, there is a full kitchen, the common area is plenty big with a river view. We were able to catch 100 pounds of Red Salmon right at the property to take home. The cleaning table, refrigerators, freezers, and vacuum sealer were top notch allowing us to do all the processing ourselves. The run was amazing!
