« Staff was kind and friendly but the beds are a little uncomfortable with hard to climb ladders. The sheets kept coming off and the entire bed moved when the top or bottom person shifted on rolled over. The toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush so you had to reach into the top water to lift the flap. We had the room on the outside so in the morning you had to climb out the bedroom window to access the kitchen and common area. »

« The room had the absolute minimum of amenities and the staff would not provide anymore as requested. The bathroom tile work was long over due for replacement and there was a long hole in the wall below the air conditioner. There was no parking and no sign to indicate where the hostel was located. We decided not to stay and the staff and manager refused to refund any portion of the charged 5 day cost. I would recomment avoiding this property completely! »

« Unit is very clean, in good, newer condition. Conveniently located but hard to find as it lacks prominent signage to indicate you're at the right place; and has no "front desk" to check in at when you arrive which is problematic as its just a house in the midst of many others. There is a bar/club nearby that goes til 2:30AM each night. Pack ear plugs. The A/C worked well. Good base of operations for visiting the stites. »

« Nous avons loué les cylindres pour passer un beau moment romantique. Le seul hic aucune belle vu sur volcan. Très déçevant pour cette raison sinon le tout est un hotel classique resort pas d'accès à une cuisine et le resto pas toujours ouvert un peu déçevant »

« Great hostel situated in a nice neighbourhood, 5 minutes walk from the centre including the supermarkets and bus terminal (the centre is frankly not as pleasant as the suburbs). Rooms have secure key codes, and lockers are situated in the communal kitchen which is large, clean and well equipped. Everything was good. Would recommend. »

« This place is CLOSED yet hotels.com keeps offering it online. I booked through hotels.com as part of my trip and when I got their and the hotel was no longer in operation, and it was a nightmare dealing with hotels.com. They are pushy and it is a mess. When I started demanding my money back, a pushy person who spoke broken English called to sell me ANOTHER hotel, but refused to give me my money back. I am realizing hotels.com is a racket. »
