« I was not impressed with this apartment. First of all, I really don’t think it was cleaned before we arrived. There was a bathroom drawer with clothes and underwear under the sink. The 2nd bedroom had pieces of French fries and cigarette butts/joint on the edge of the rug. I spotted a few dust balls as well and the baseboards full of dust. So disgusting! « This apartment is in a great location right on the main strip it’s on the smaller side,but has everything you could possibly need. It is also very clean and updated. The booking process and check-in process were excellent. The only drawback that I saw was that it gets very loud at night, with kids from the local universities walking the strip. But otherwise I would highly recommend this. »

The location was perfect for us going to Poe Springs (8 min drive) and Ichutukenee Springs (15 minute drive) over the weekend.*We highly recommend booking the 8 springs in 8 mile self guided tour through Anderson Outdoor Adventures- we saw so much wild life and floated down the Santa Fe river for roughly 5 hours - making multiple stops to swim in Floridas beautiful springs*Also, the host here is amazing!
