We know comfort matters most when traveling, which is why our home was designed with families and groups in mind. The property features three bedrooms with two spacious king-sized beds for ultimate relaxation and a fun bunk bed setup for kids. There’s plenty of room for everyone to rest and recharge after a busy day exploring the area. Additional sleeping arrangements ensure large groups can stay comfortably together without feeling crowded.
Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining
Skip the hassle of eating out for every meal! Our fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare home-cooked favorites or enjoy takeout/door dash from nearby restaurants. You’ll find everything you need—cookware, utensils, and modern appliances. Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of a storage closet in the garage. Vehicles are not permitted to be parked in the garage as there is not enough space due to renovations.

Message through the platform, or a text/phone call. I go to be around 9:00 but I get up early normally between 5-6am - I’m always glad to help!

Guests must have their profile verified.

For safety and security, all entrances are monitored by security cameras. Footage may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies.
*1 doorbell camera at the entrance of the home, 1 outdoor camera facing the driveway, and 1 outdoor camera facing the backyard. All devices are ON and recording during the reservation.

House Rules:

- WE ARE A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY.
- No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, or hangouts.
- No more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.
- No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm. Quiet time in our neighborhood begins at 10pm and ends at 7am.
- No weapons allowed anywhere on the property.
- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

Pet friendly! *Dogs only, under 50 pounds. Max of 2. Pet fee of $130 per pet will be charged after the reservation is made. -unapproved pets are a min. of $260 charge

We have a few rules we asks guests with pets to follow:
- Only well behaved, house trained dogs allowed.
- Keep your dog on a leash at all times when outside.
- Clean up after your dog- no one likes to step in poo.
- No pets on the furniture. Please use a dog bed or crate. We do not provide dog beds or crates.
- Do not leave your dog left unattended in the rental for more than an hour or two.
- No aggressive or loud dogs are permitted. Disruptive barking and/or aggressive dogs will be asked to leave and their owners will not be refunded money for the reservation.
- There is a $250 minimum charge for animal damages/traces left behind in or outside the home.
- The guest will assume full responsibility for their pet. If your pet causes any injury or harm to other people or the property, you will be 100% liable for any necessary treatment, care, or repair.
