Hôtels capsule à Al-Hufuf

« I could not get hot water for a shower or bath. I asked the front desk but no one ever came In the bed I felt itchy. Possible fleas. Hopefully not bedbugs I was extra careful when I got home so I didn’t infect our house. I stayed previously and also felt itchy in the bed. I forgot that I was not going to stay there again. »

« The staff support is lacking »

« Hotel was overbooked. Receptionist didn't care and said he did not recognize our booking until we showed him proofs upon proofs that we had made a booking. AC remote control was broken. Towels were provided upon request and even though they were wrapped in a laundry plastic they smelt pethatically bad. »

« Unbelievable, dont be fooled on the 6/10rating. I entered to a room w a historical ac which is broken i mean literally broken from comprtement air leaking. They suggested sheets are cold which is fun as well but it was wet. No English speaker, even goodle translate i couldnt tell enough of my problem. After half an hour struggles i left premises and go for another hotel at 9.30 pm »
