The villa's unique architecture harmoniously blends into the surrounding rocks and trees while maintaining a striking presence.

This elegant, high-end sanctuary features 140 m² of living space across two floors, complemented by a 110 m² outdoor terrace, and comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests.

Accommodation & Interior Layout

Ground Floor: Features three bedrooms (two queen-size bedrooms and one single bed). The fully equipped bathroom and extra toilet are stocked with natural Icelandic toiletries, including soap, hand cream, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body milk. A spacious, modern kitchen to the left of the hall includes top-tier Miele appliances—a dishwasher, stove, oven, wine cooler, fridge—plus a toaster, rice cooker, air fryer, and waffle iron. The kitchen seamlessly opens into an elegantly furnished dining and living area featuring soaring ceilings that reach over 5 meters.

Upper Floor: Accessed via a hallway staircase, the upper level houses a master suite complete with a king-size bed, open wardrobe, seating bench, and TV. Adjacent to the suite is an additional space equipped with a cot and two single beds.

Outdoor & Amenities: Step out from the living room onto the expansive back terrace to relax in the private hot tub, which boasts stunning vistas of Fnjóskdalur and the Fnjóská river. Located at the back of the platform is a fully tiled laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
