My place is close to the city center, art and culture, great views, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the coziness, the kitchen, and the views. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
The space
The house has two separate apartments, linked together with an indoor stairway.
The lower floor has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed and there a closets in each room. The hallway is bright and spacious. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower. The living room has a pull out sofabed for two and a dining are. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary facilities and table ware.
From the hallway you can go into a shared laundry room with the upper floor, the laundry has a washing a machine and a dryer.
From the laundry room you can walk up a small stairway to the upper floor apartment.
The upper floor apartment has three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and a closet. The other two bedrooms have two single beds and big closets.
The hallway, living room and kitchen are open spaced with a dining area as well. The living room and kitchen are there for very bight and spacious with a beautiful view over Akureyri center and all the way over the fjord. The kitchen is newly renovated and is very well equipped with all necessary facilities and table ware.
The house is ideal for big groups or families travelling together and want to feel like home in the beautiful town of Akureyri.

Other things to note
The house has a very big private garden all around the house which guests are welcome to use.
