    Situés sur la pointe nord surplombant Half Moon Bay, ces condos sont dotés de baies vitrées qui vous permettent de profiter des vues les plus spectaculaires. De plus, vous aurez un accès direct à certaines des meilleures plongées en apnée le long de la côte.



    La Iguana # 8 est une charmante suite de 2 chambres qui offre à ses clients une véritable escapade caribéenne. Le complexe dispose de deux piscines, d'un bassin profond avec vue sur l'océan et d'une piscine de jardin tranquille. Détendez-vous sous une palapa en bord de mer tout en lisant dans l'une des nombreuses chaises longues. Si vous êtes prêt pour un peu d'aventure, vous pouvez facilement marcher 5 minutes pour faire de la plongée avec tuba au lagon de Yalku, un aquarium naturel où une rivière d'eau douce rencontre un bras de mer.



    Retirez-vous dans ce spacieux condo de 2 chambres situé au 3e étage. Vous profiterez de votre propre terrasse privée côté jardin, qui est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de votre café du matin. Les clients seront émerveillés par le mur plein de fenêtres qui permettent une vue imprenable sur la mer.



    Pleine de charme, La Iguana # 8 a un lit king dans chacune des deux chambres, toutes deux avec leur propre salle de bain privée. Wonderful location on Half Moon Bay. Spacious area, beautiful view, and extremely responsive staff. Kitchen area very nice and utensils supplied very adequate. Owner was most accommodating and replaced the AC unit in 24hrs after becoming nonfunctional.

Exactly as advertised!

As soon as you enter the condo, your eyes are drawn to the floor to ceiling windows that offer breathtaking views of Half Moon Bay! The location is close to the north end of Akumal, which gives us a nice walk to restaurants. The cleaning staff and landscape maintenance keep the condo and property very clean. We would highly recommend this condo and the La Laguna property.

Excellent quiet and private location, roomy and gorgeous views

We had a lovely 4 nights here, with great snorkeling right out front. The kids enjoyed the small pools and seeing all the birds and geckos and iguanas. Having daily maid service seemed excessive until we remembered there’s no dishwasher. Don’t miss stargazing from the roof, and listening to the whistling wind in the evenings and mornings.

Comfortable stay with amazing view

The house is exactly the same as the picture , spacious with great view . Half moon bay is much more quiet than Akumal bay. There is no beach around the condo, I have to wade in the water to reach the half moon bay beach. But it has the advantage of sea grass free and snorkeling off shore. I wish I could have stayed longer

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week in La Iguana condo in December 2025. The weather was beautiful and the condo was amazing. It is very quiet, at the very north end of the Half Moon Bay Akumal, but in a walking distance from couple of good restaurants and bars. The swimming and especially snorkeling was spectacular, with a reef and many sea creatures to look at. We mostly cooked our own food in a well equipped kitchen, but visited La Lunita and La Buena Vida for lunch and dinner, both highly recommended. We had a car and were able to explore sites nearby, but getting a shuttle from he airport and getting groceries delivered is also an option, which we hope to explore next time. The was no TV set in the condo we stayed in, which was welcome to us, but keep in mind if important. The sun rises and sunsets from a large windows facing the sea was a better sight. Will definitely come again and bring friends!

Best place to snorkel in half Moon Bay, Akumal

This rental is fabulous. It has the best view of the bay. It is one of the spots on half Moon Bay, where the Sargasm does not go. Each bedroom has a balcony, and there is a huge living area inside the front door. That is not part of the actual house, it was great to leave our swimwear towels and snorkel gear out there. There is also an outdoor table and area to hang out the windows overlooking half moon Bay open completely for large amounts of ocean breezes. The AC works great and the beds were firm. This is the second time we have stayed at La iguana and highly recommend it , Hector is great and the maids are wonderful -there are also two pools one on the garden side, and one on the ocean side that is partly under the building so people who want to be in the pool, but also be in the shade will enjoy this

My husband and I, along with my daughter, her husband and their two babies, loved our stay. The staff is friendly and professional, the views breathtaking. The location was perfect for us, quiet with nothing but the waves to lull us to sleep in very comfortable beds. The breezy location at the tip of the bay made using the air conditioners unnecessary. We would love return and enjoy this beautiful condo again. I recommend renting a golf cart if you have small ones and all the gear they need.

Quiet Paradise

Tucked away at the end of the bay, this quiet community is perfect for relaxation! It had beautiful views and was well maintained, cleaning service daily, and had all the amenities needed for the week. Don’t be in a rush getting in, the speed bumps are no joke, a recommended renting a golf cart if you’re there for the week to drive back and forth to the main market area it’s further of a walk than it looks! Great experience and amazing vacation would absolutely stay here again!

Lots of space to put things and very nice staff.It was quite hot in the main area of doing any physical activity and even open windows and fans often didn’t compensate for that. A couple of floor fans could have helped. A/C in the rooms was ice cold and the evening winds were refreshing. The huge patio was one of my favorite spaces. Wall heights of the patio and bay view window are a bit lower than standard US so we were in on constant alert for our kids not to go too close. (They loved their stay here too with the two pools and ocean swimming out front!)I would definitely stay here again, especially in sargasso season as it is virtually free of the seaweed!
