« I tried contacting you to discuss this relocation due to a let down on a prior booking in the Galle Fort area but your system doesn’t allow it. I appreciated the efforts of the advisors to help me secure another but it was a poor choice. No wifi TV that only allows playback via devices Made for very lonely evenings. Bathroom and kitchen areas could with daily cleaning - sink was not very pleasant.lLikewise bedding/towel could have fresh each day. Electrics in the bathroom not sure how safe....

« Check in process was quick and easy. Room very spacious and clean, simple, with cold AC. Short walk to some cafes and beach, right outside the hustle of the city. Cool Buddhist monastery at the end of the street. »
