« Good hotel with reasonable price »

« No towels were provided. The hot water took a very long time to get hot. The room service was good but the server did not have an opener fro the beer. The schezwan Hakka noodles were excellent. There were many spelling mistakes in the English menu that need to be corrected as it looks bad for the hotel. The lobby looks good. The breakfast provided is mediocre and they ought to start it at 7:30 and instead of 8 am as some people have to leave early. Their toaster is not located in the serving...

« Great stay »

« Property is very good, swimming pool and open play ares is the plus point. Rooms are very clean. Not happy with the games kept in the game zone. They are defective. Overall good stay »

« The Pool was enjoyable. But there is no any shop nearby Resort. »

« Food was excellent especially that it is a Pure Veg Hotel and the landscaping done around it is quite soothing to your eyes. The bathrooms need a little makeover though. The main USP of this hotel is that it's at stone throwaway distance from Ekta Nagar Railway station, literally! »

« Family friendly shops near by clean room and professional staff »

« Need to improve on kitchen/Dinning services. There was very limited staff and wasn’t able to attend all guests. If you ordered something you need to wait either they forgot or busy to attend other guests »

« Good staff, clean room and good amenities »

Buffet is the only option and a bit expensive in case you are looking for some quick and light food. Also, essentials food items would be great too like munchies and milk/tea. Overall, food quality and options during the breakfast were great. »

« Relaxing stay at Soulbay! Beautiful property, rooms are clean and new. »

Swimming pool was dirty with Haze water and a lot of seasonal insects into it. Some of the guests were enjoying in the pool wearing street cloths and night wears. No one prompted them to wear appropriate costumes. We brought our swimming costumes but could not enjoy looking to the conditions above. Breakfast was average with...
