« My family comes multiple times a year for the waterpark. Since last visit we have noticed that the staff is much less friendly than before. I'm not sure what the dynamic is behind the scenes, but the energy of the front desk and cleaning staff was depressing. We were also dissapointed that we were shorted waterpark passes at check in (no problem previous stays in same suite), concerned that the waterpark life guard staff was constantly on their phones or gossiping with each other and seemed...

« Very nicely decorated space with a cabin feel. Very clean & kitchen stocked with all we needed for cooking. With it being winter the gas fireplace was warm, comfy, & romantic for our get away. »

Loved the fireplace, proximity to the water (and access to kayaks), and within 3 miles of a wonderful walking trail, downtown, and fun restaurants and activities. The kitchen was well stocked and the communication was wonderful! Would recommend. »
