« The hotel and room was very clean. The staff accommodated me to have first floor room. I do wish hotels would use taller toilets. Also pillows were way to soft but made do with more. The only thing that really turned me off was as a 20 year old calling me honey. I’m not a honey and they do not call men that. I would stay again. »

« The man who helped check us in was very friendly, and helpful when room keys were not working. Needed anything just had to ask. Room appeared clean, I know they are still working on updates throughout. Could have used a small trash can in bathroom, but otherwise was a great place to stay for the 1 night we needed. »

« The room was very clean and comfortable. We walked to many different restaurants and stores. I loved that we had a set parking spot, so we never had to worry about parking. We had no problems with our access pin. Loved all the information that was available in our room, so we knew places to eat, shop, and things to do. Loved the air conditioning unit, which kept our room cool on some hot days. Total recommend Crosby Lofts. »

« The place is nasty , dusty, I slept in the couch, I woke up with severe skin rashes, I though my unit will have kitchen, no kitchen, when I asked they said their all taken, while you can clearly see vacant units. We have only one chance to order from the restaurant, the restaurant prices are astronomical. The only good thing is the landscape. Never ever go back there again. »
