« We stayed over a wet weekend and found it to be a cosy place to be as a family.The tasteful decoration and quality products (amazing mattress!) made it very comfortable.We had an issue with some minor flooding due to so much rain but the property manager were very responsive and helped us with extra towels. These things happen!Would highly recommend this for a cosy getaway close to the beaches and Torquay. »

« We loved our stay at the Eagle Rock Sanctuary. The house is incredibly cosy but spacious! It really felt like absolutely everything had been thought of to make our sure that our stay was as comfortable as it possibly could be. It was a really home away from home & a hop, step & a jump to the stunning coastline in Aireys. »

« Rustic Treehouse catered for our large group and being pet friendly was a bonus. It was a good base to explore the Great Ocean Road and Otways. Only small negative (impacted the kids more than us) was the lack of internet speed and smart tvs, but it was a blessing in disguise as we were able to switch off and explore. »

« Comfortable quiet property, very clean. Awkward car access, especially if heavy cases or disabled. Need indication as where to park, and which bridge to use. Poor TV reception, only channels 3 and 10. NO microwave.No wifi. No upstairs toilet for upstairs bedrooms. Electric cooktop very slow; need kettle.Great food options within walking distance, especially genuine French restaurant "Le Comptoire". »

« The property was amazing. I actually booked for family members. They were happy with their stay to the extent that they overstayed- sadly they did not check out in time which affected the cleaners’ time .. »

« Our stay was a last minute need and we found this property had everything we needed for this stay. Close to shops, close to the freeway, it was very nicely presented and is located in a quiet area. »

« Great location, great balconies to entertain outside with two outside areas that were spacious. Bedding, heating/aircond/fire place and cooking appliances was brilliant. Shower was average with low pressure and hard to get into, also lack of cleaning applinaces like garbage bags, toilet needs, also sharp knives to use for cooking..... »

« This place was perfect for our family! Enough space for all of us and felt like home. It felt new and modern and very clean inside. The only thing I would mention however we didn’t need to use was the outdoor space. If we were to use it it would have been nice to see that area cleaned too as it would have been quite dirty to walk on bare foot (kitchen upstairs leads out to alfresco dining). However would definitely consider booking again when in Torquay next »

« To say the Pole House is iconic is obvious. We kept pinching ourselves that we were actually it’s guests. Every time we walked across the bridge felt like we were stepping into a very privileged space. For lovers of seascapes gazing out its windows is unparalleled. We slept with the blinds up and woke to the waves rolling up the beach. The facilities were all very comfortable and functional »
