« The location and the building amenities are great. The unit was clean, but needs some attention to detail. For instance the toilet paper holder needs fixing, along with the toilet flushing handle, the dresser drawers don't work well, the curtain rod is not very secure, the bathtub has seen better days, and the bathroom faucet needs replacing. In addition the hot water in the kitchen faucet has no pressure at all. If it were my unit I would also update the artwork and just give the place a...

« The 37th floor gives a terrific view of Diamond Head and the ocean. We used the public bus system for 16 of 17 days and rented a car just 1 day for an island tour. You can get anywhere you want to go with a bus just 1/2 block from the Banyan. Great parks nearby, the beach is just 1 block away, and stores and restaurants are abundant. »
