The Space:
This large studio suite has everything you need to feel at home. There is a charcoal BBQ (bring charcoal), a private hot tub with a view, a king sized bed, a kitchen with 2 burner hot plate, fridge, freezer, toaster, convection microwave (no oven) and Keurig.

Guest Access:
*This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property at any time must be on your reservation.
* Early checkin and Late check out MUST be a arranged in advance and WILL COME WITH A CHARGE. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time.

Getting Around:
You will need a car to get around. If you want to go into Yosemite via bus you can look into the YARTS bus.

Other Things to Note:
Charcoal for the grill is not provided. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed.

PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer may stop by at some point between 10AM and 4PM to service the hot tub.

Also: we do have other providers that can be expected to be outside the property at times and may need to access your private patio (gardner, pest control etc.)

You will receive a fee request after booking to cover housekeeping expense. The housekeeping company charges double on checkouts on any of the previously mentioned holidays

Interaction with Guests:
We ask that you download the Airbnb App and message us for any need you might have. We do live nearby and are available in person if there are any urgent issues.
