Pickleball Retreat Near Bass Lake & S. Yosemite

Our modern home is on nearly 2 acres of land, surrounded by mountains and natural landscaping. Gather inside for some family games, enjoy your coffee from the sun room overlooking a quiet pond, or, play pickleball in a tranquil setting. Bike, take a peaceful walk with family on a paved trail across the street. We experience all seasons here where the landscape naturally changes with it. Close to groceries, gas, and 5mi from Oakhurst, 13mi from Bass Lake, 10mi from Yosemite Forks.

***Living Space: Inside you will love the high ceilings and open space, but also appreciate separate dining rooms and play room for those who wish to sequester. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms down the hall from the main living area. The game room has 2 extra beds. Jacuzzi in the master bath. All brand new memory foam mattresses throughout. Master bedroom has Sleep Number split king mattresses that are separately adjustable via remote control.

***Dining: Two dining tables, an island, and extra dining table in the sun room provides ample space to dine or work.

***We experience all seasons in these mountains. The trees and plants naturally change according to seasons. Our property is no exception. We get about 2-3 inches of snow in the winter. Spring is the greenest time. Heading toward summer, grass and vegetation will begin to change. This summer has been dry, but as we approach fall, leaves will turn a different hue.

***Neighborhood: Much to explore in both front and backyard. The local neighborhood has a walking/bike park (across the street from our property) that offers additional tranquility.

***We vacation here frequently with our family so we put a lot of thought into making this place clean, comfortable and fun for our cuddle bugs. We wish to offer the same sweet family experience for our guests.
