The Space:
This home is beautiful and private. It is perfect for large groups and has a fully stocked kitchen, a game room and hot tub. The patio has a charcoal grill and outdoor fireplace. Perfect for lots of family fun!

Guest Access:
*This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property at any time must be on your reservation.
* Early checkin and Late check out MUST be a arranged in advance and WILL COME WITH A CHARGE. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time.
*Please note some rooms may be locked up based on your groups size. If your group size is four or under we will send an alteration request to convert your booking to our suite listing.

The Neighborhood:
We are in a rural setting surrounded by nature.

Other Things to Note:
Charcoal for the grill is not provided. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed.

PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer will stop by at some point between at 10AM and 4PM on Monday and Thursday to service the hot tub.

Also: we do have other providers that can be expected to be outside the property at times and may need to access your private patio (gardner, pest control etc.)
