The Space:

Apartment 2A is located at Aguada Ocean Club, which includes five additional apartments. If interested in booking more than one unit, please let us know.



Inspired by the architecture of the Greek Islands, the Aguada Ocean Club building features beautiful arched windows, whitewashed walls, and a signature Santorini blue exterior.



Aguada Ocean Club offers a shared outdoor area where guests can unwind with a refreshing swim in the pool or relax after a day of island exploration. The building is just steps from Table Rock Beach, a favorite among surfers. For those seeking calmer waters, swimmable beaches like Rompeolas Beach and Crash Boat Beach are only 20 minutes away in Aguadilla. Head south to Rincón, and you’ll find popular beaches such as Sandy Beach, Domes Beach, and Marías Beach, all just 25 minutes away.

LIVING AREA



Upon entering the apartment, you'll find a cozy living area adjacent to a stunning modern kitchen. The wide kitchen island with counter stools is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The space includes a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, WiFi, a ceiling fan, and a balcony.



IMPORTANT: The living and kitchen areas do not have air conditioning; only the bedrooms have A/C.





KITCHEN



The modern kitchen boasts eclectic finishes, a mosaic backsplash, and light wood cabinets with white quartz countertops. It’s stocked for all your cooking needs, featuring a fridge, microwave, toaster, stovetop (no oven), accessories, and a coffee maker.





SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS



Apartment 2A offers two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed, nightstands with individual lamps, and closets for your belongings. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. A full-sized bathroom, conveniently located in the hallway, is shared between the bedrooms.



PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY): We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.





GETTING AROUND



A car is necessary to explore Aguada and its beaches. The Aguada Ocean Club building has six apartments, but only five parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If all spaces are full, you can park across the street, ensuring not to block any vehicles.





LOCATION



Aguada shares a coastline with Aguadilla and Rincón, known for stunning beaches. Highlights include:



Balneario Pico de Piedra (Aguada): Ideal for swimming and family outings.



Table Rock Beach (Aguada): This one is located steps from the building but is more of a surfers' beach with waves for experienced surfers only.



Rompeolas and Crashboat Beach (Aguadilla): Offers some of the clearest water along the northwest coast of Puerto Rico, with gorgeous shades of turquoise. - 20 minutes away



Sandy and Maria’s Beach (Rincón): These are a favorite among the surfers, where several surfing instructors take visitors to learn to surf. You can rent surfing equipment on site. - 25 minutes away.



Domes Beach:(Rincón): Also known as Lighthouse Beach. Great surfing action all year, a popular spot to watch the sunset and for loungers wishing to enjoy the sound of the waves. - 25 minutes away.



The PR-115 road leads to Pico de Piedra beach, branching off to Rincón and Aguada. Along this route, explore numerous oceanfront restaurants and bars. Don’t miss La Cruz de Colón, marking Columbus's disembarkation in 1493.

Salto Atalaya: A beautiful waterfall with natural swimming pools.

STARTER AMENITIES



At West Indies Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.



All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest.



We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:



- 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)

- 3 garbage bags

- 1 roll of paper towels

- 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)

- 1 dish soap

- 1 dish sponge



Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.



Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.





HOUSE RULES



RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.



NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.



NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.



QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.



UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.



MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 4 adults/children at all times, including visitors.



OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.



TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.



TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.



SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.





CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES



Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.



If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.



If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.



Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.





TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON



We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.



Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.

Nice, but...

We enjoyed the view out to the ocean and sound of the waves (across the fenced, empty lot across the street), the beds were comfortable and the property was clean. You access the beach by walking down the road a block to the entrance. The beach is not great for swimming, as the property is near a river mouth and the water becomes brown when it rains and there is more detritus on this beach than others we visited. It is however, a surf break so that is right nearby if that is your thing. Many beaches within a 10-20 minute drive.The front balcony is nice to sit on and look at the ocean, however anyone walking up the stairs to the other units can look right in on you.The cooking supplies provided are very basic, the coffee maker is very small, makes about two mugs worth. It can be noisy when other guests are at the pool and playing music and adjoining properties are also close and at times were having parties with loud music. There was a power outage during our stay and the neighbor's large generator is almost directly below the front porch, which was very loud and gave off fumes that could be smelled in the unit. The building does not have a backup generator, so you will not be as comfortable in the event of a power outage, which we learned are somewhat frequent in Puerto Rico. Rut R., the contact person, was responsive via text, but did not follow through on his promise to have someone fix two of the mechanisms to open and close the windows.

Perfect spot to relax or call home base for adventures

Wow- this property exceeded our expectations. Very clean, well stocked with vacation starter necessities, fantastic pool/patio and easy to use/cold AC in the bedrooms. The balcony was a perfect view of the table top surf break, and all the surf spots we were interested in were an easy 20-30min drive. We also went to El Yunque while we were here (3.5 hour drive) and it was so nice to come home and have a relaxing hot shower and be able to prepare dinner at home. 10/10!!

Property was in the perfect location. Easy access to the beach. Short drive from Aguadilla and Rincon. Lots of bakeries and other food available in the area. Apartment was well equipped with all the necessities-- beach towels, chairs, and a cooler. 10/10 recommend staying here!

Great Beach View

This is a spacious two bedroom, one bathroom condo that looks out at the water with only a vacant (at least for now) lot in between. Access to the beach is a short walk. This is not the best beach in the area but it is secluded and only seems to be used by people staying nearby. It was ideal for us as we mostly sat by the water in the provided beach chairs and relaxed.

It was a fun place to stay. Lovely view of the beach. Easy check in process. Very clean. Very convenient. Each bedroom had its own AC unit that really kept you cool at night. The balcony was nice. The pool was amazing. Just 15 minutes from Rincon. About 2hrs away from San Juan. Definitely a good place to stay. Nothing in the price range was even close. The rooms are massive. Kitchen was well equipped. Property manager communicated everything so clearly.

Amazing!

We stayed 3 nights Villa Playa Espinar and will definitely be back! The place was lovely, in a beautiful location and very clean. The staff was very helpful and attentive. It was one of the most convenient areas for us as we love to go to Isabella and Rincon areas. I’m already anxious to come back, but will be staying longer than 3 nights!!! Nice Place in central location

Perfect location for going to west and north side. It was nice to be in a newly updated place. The only downfall was that the beach isn't something that is useable/walkable. You can enjoy the ocean view but need to travel to see the rest of the island's beauty.

The unit was exactly as pictured. We loved the decor and really enjoyed both the spacious kitchen and bathroom. The beds and pillows were both very comfortable. The pool was very clean and there was a good supply of chairs and umbrellas. Rut, the property manager was very quick to respond to emails and texts to address any questions or concerns we had. The property was beautiful, clean and maintained. I liked that there were tall gates/walls surrounding the property. The apartment it self was clean and airy. This place is pretty great! Pics are accurate and depict the place well. Did not have any issue and would totally go back again. The only thing we missed while there was a washer and dryer. They actually provide chairs, an umbrella and a cooler that were super great to have!

This place is outstanding!

This place is great! Location and the property it self are awesome. I would highly recommend this property to anyone I know. I would rate this place 9 out of 10, the only reason why, is because it does not have a washer and dryer. If it had a washer and dryer it would be a perfect 10. Would definitely stay here again.

Please in future consider add dishwasher, washing mashine and AC in living room. That was very nice stay for us
