Welcome to Villa Hestia, nestled in the stunning area of Plakias, and within 1km away from the sparkling beach of Plakias. With six beautifully appointed bedrooms, this villa comfortably accommodates up to twelve guests. Each bedroom is designed for ultimate privacy, featuring its own separate entrance, so every guest can enjoy a peaceful and intimate space.

Perfect for large groups, each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with its own private entrance, ensuring that every guest enjoys a peaceful retreat while still embracing the breathtaking sea views of Plakias.


Layout
The main area of Villa Hestia boasts an open-plan living and kitchen area, as well as the master bedroom. The living room is designed for comfort, featuring two plush sofas, a JBL Bluetooth speaker, a 55" LG Smart TV and a table foosball. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, while the dining table comfortably seats ten guests. Floor-to-ceiling doors flood this space with natural light, and mesmerizing views of the sea, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.


The master bedroom features a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00) and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a stand up shower. It also features a spacious closet with a safe deposit box, and a direct access to the pool area.


The second bedroom, while adjacent to the main house, offers complete privacy with a dedicated private entrance and no interior connection to the main building. This king-size (1.80 x 2.00m) bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, and a private balcony to enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea.


Four additional bedrooms are located on the lower pool level, each with its own private entrance via a sliding balcony door.


These bedrooms are reached by an outdoor staircase that wraps around the villa. Each room features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, and direct access to a private terrace with seating, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
All bedrooms feature high-quality Coco-Mat mattresses for a restful nights sleep.


Outdoor area
The exterior of Villa Hestia covers 800 m2 and offers many facilities, including:
- A private, 30 sq m. swimming pool, 1.5 m deep with step access. The pool can be heated upon advance request, for an additional daily charge, for the entire stay, and requires at least one weeks notice.
- The pool area is equipped with 5 sun beds, 6 poof loungers, and a poolside shower
- A full bathroom with a stand up shower and a built-in washer and dryer.

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
