« This was genuinely one of the nicest holiday let experiences I’ve yet to have. Kevin, the host is super friendly throughout all comms before we arrived. « We enjoyed our stay at the stables, traveling as a group of 6… 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 kids. The space was bigger than it looked online and the property was a peaceful retreat after exploring the city. We didn’t realize that there was a washing machine but no dryer, but there were drying racks provided both inside and outside, and we managed just fine. One of the beds was a bit uncomfortable- we could feel all of the springs- but the other 2 were good. It’s a beautifully remodeled space...

« Fantastic family break on a working farm. Mr King and his family are lovely warm hosts making sure you have everything you need and are enjoying your stay. Cute quirky cabin and annexe giving plenty space for a large group and the hot tub area an added treat for us all. Had great fun feeding Megan and Moonshine the horses !! »

« We’ve stayed in over 70 online vacation rentals and this place is adequate, but definitely not exceptional. I loved the view of the trees and river, but that was about it. It was clean enough, but it is very lived in (stained and/or saggy).I have some mobility issues (bad knees). The 1 flight of stairs was ok, but the bed was VERY low, making it uncomfortable/difficult to get in and out of. We booked for 3 nights and left after one. »
