« Didn’t like we had to stay in an outdated building and had to walk to the main building for everything. Didn’t like that our keys didn’t work and we had to walk back to main building. Food at all the restaurants was good.. room was clean. »

« When calling the hotel prior to check in, the customer service was absolutely delightful! The customer service agent I spoke to was pleasant, helpful and competent. Checking in was slow. We arrived late, about 1045 pm and waited 30 minutes in line to check in. Customer service agent at the desk was pleasant, but clearly overwhelmed with the tasks. The room we were staying in had clean sheets...thank goodness for that. The bathroom was dirty, hair in the shower drain and hair on the toilet,...

« I dont understand why this hotel has such a bad evaluation note. It is clean, confortable and with a very kind staff. It is not a 5 stars hotel at the beach, but it gives wht it promisses. »

« L'hôtel semble presque neuf et il est proche du centre commercial et de nombreuses chaînes de restaurants. Hôtel presque dans l'alignement des pistes de l'aéroport donc beaucoup de nuisance sonore lors du passage des avions. »

« Used the Motel6 App for booking reservations. Once I selected the room I wanted and used my credit card to reserve the selected room, my confirmation would show a different room. Also, when calling the front desk to ask for correction of the selected room, I could not understand the lady who answered the phone, therefore I could not get the issue resolved. »

« Many restaurant options within walking distance of the hotel. Also a liquor store with good prices. As for the room itself, the sheets could've been cleaner. There were what looked to be cigarette burns, albeit small ones. The rest of the room was clean, including the bathroom. I'm satisfied. »

« The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom. »
