« Nous avons bien apprécié la maison et bien situé. Le seul point négatif est les vérandas et les fenêtres. Pas propres et beaucoup de fils d’araignées Mais l’intérieur de la maison propre. « It's a very nice place that we really enjoyed. It's a quiet place with evening that we needed. I was able to communicate with the manager easily for some help at the beginning of our stay. It would be good to mention that the charging station is for camping car because we thought that it was for electric car. We were still able to charge our car with a regular power extension but having the detail could prevent confusion. »

Parker is a perfect host, the house is cozy and practical yet magnificentely decorated and greatly located, walking minutes from downtown Picton and 15 minutes by car from the Sandbanks beaches. « Nous avons adoré notre séjour! La maison est magnifique, confortable et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour la famille. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, et les communications avec notre hôte ont toujours été faciles. Nous avons pu profiter de la plage grâce au laissez-passer de Sandbanks offert par les hôtes. Nous avons également adoré pouvoir se rendre à pied sur la rue principale où plusieurs restaurants et boutiques s’y trouvent. Nous vous recommandons ce très bel endroit! »

« J'ai séjourné une semaine à cette maison, accompagnée de trois enfants (9, 11 et 12 ans). La maison est propre et très confortable !!! L'emplacement au bord de l'eau offre un "set-up" exceptionnel. Pêche directement sur le quai privé (mon garçon a péché plus d'une dizaine de petits poissons), kayak et canot, admiration contemplative, feux en soirée, etc. C'est un emplacement qui fait rêver et qui permet de vivre de beaux moments en famille. « Gorgeous property very close to Kingston, with views of pastures and forest. The suite is modern and beautifully furnished, with all the bells and whistles. I loved meeting the horses and having conversations with Lorna, the owner. I will definitely go back. »

« L’acces à l’eau pour la baignade est difficile et le fond de l’eau n’est pas beau. Beaucoup d’algues. Pour le reste tout était parfait. Les lits confortables. La cuisine WoW. Air climatisée. 2 salles de bains complètes. La vue magnifique. La véranda avec la grande table était un plus. Par contre le jour il fait chaud la dedans. ( Ce serait bien d’y avoir des stores pour pouvoir garder la fraîcheur. Je reviendrais 👌 »

« Our family of five stayed in the Carriage house for a week. Everyone was pleased with the space and we felt home right away! It was very nice to be in the area of Picton and it gave us the opportunity to travel easily to the beaches and other towns around. We’re heading back to Québec city with great memories of our stay and we’ll definitely be back in the area… Probably again to the carriage house. »

« Nous avons été à sandbanks et il fallait prendre le ferry. C’était souvent très long l’attente pour embarquer. On doit compter au moins 45 minutes de plus à notre temps réel. Sinon, l’accès à l’eau de la propriété est plutôt loin de la maison. Si vous avez un paddle board, on peut en mettre un à l’eau quand même facilement. Mais il faut le transporter jusque là. J’aurais mis l’accès plus proche. Ça aurait été le fun d’avoir un kayak à notre disposition. Pour le reste, chalet de très bon goût et...

« Un très beau 24 h à refaire . Un endroit avec un cachet chaleureux et spécial.Les chambres sont magnifiques par contre au 2e étage un peu plus chaud.Nous étions 10 et tout le monde a adoré son séjours . »

« The location is fantastic. right on the water with its own jetty. quiet and cozy. The landlord is very friendly and takes care of questions and any needs very quickly. You can tell in some places that the house is a little old, but it is well equipped. we would recommend it. »
