First of all, the locker/door system is clearly broken — I was actually locked inside my room for two hours, which was both stressful and unacceptable. « We had a wonderful stay at Solis Residence Aparthotel. We were three people staying in a two-bedroom apartment, which was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as described. Since the hotel opened in July 2025, everything was new and worked perfectly. We especially appreciated the helpful staff.
