The staff were extremely kind and helpful, responded promptly to all our requests, and were available 24/7 whenever we needed assistance. Their attentive service and hospitality made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. The resort is a great choice for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature. We...

« The trip was made brilliant for us by the resident naturalist, Niaz. Niaz was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. It was an absolute pleasure to learn from him. »

« This is a very nice and affordable hotel designed in traditional Kerala architecture. It features a central courtyard with colourful tiles, is surrounded by jungle, and is located near the town. »

« Amazing staff and manager. Property is at perfect location for sunset. Food was good too. »

« Overall good experience. It's a nice place for a lazy stay. only limitation is that the room I chose weren't facing the Banasura hills but I got royal family suite complementary for a day. Hence I can forget it. »

« Great getaway for a few days immersed in nature, stunning hikes and views and wonderful staff and cuisine. Accent on on-site activities is justifiable; surrounding attractions outside the property, while famous, are incredibly crowded and congested and better to enjoy the excellent ambiance, service and cuisine and superb cabin rooms drenched with birdsongs! »

« Beautiful place to stay »

« The rooms are not as shown in the images. The cottages were very dingy and visibly worn out and unkept. Common areas seem to no be getting any attention. They have an on-site restaurant that does not have any functioning staff or even a full menu. Table tennis table was broken and there were hardly any other amenities. »
