The villa includes two lavish King-Size bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and two additional twin bedrooms, each boasting private balconies that offer sweeping views of the surrounding mountains, lush gardens, and the tranquil pool area.

Spread over two levels in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, Villa Kantuta affords panoramic views of the spectacular Del Duque Coastline. The interior is tastefully decorated and fully furnished, ensuring every comfort is at your fingertips. The ceramic-tiled terraces at the front are a perfect haven for sunbathing, while the pool area, complete with synthetic grass terraces, invites guests to enjoy leisurely swims and poolside relaxation.

The pool, measuring 8 meters by 5 meters, is surrounded by ample sunbeds and seating areas, ideal for sunbathing or enjoying meals outdoors. During the Winter months from October to March, the pool is heated at no extra charge, with the option to heat it during other months for an additional fee.

Villa Kantuta is conveniently located a short distance from the bustling X Sur Shopping Centre (a 15 minute walk), which hosts a variety of bars, restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and a taxi rank. Additionally, a local mini-market is just a three-minute walk away, making it easy to procure essentials. And Playa Fanabe is a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute drive.

The lead guest must be 25 years or older. No groups of all males or all females. Family groups accepted, but if the guests are a group of friends, all must be over 25 years old.
