« Hôtel comme on espérait. Propre , spacieux, bel espace aquatique . Jacuzzi trop petit par rapport au monde qu’il y a. Plusieurs offres de restaurants. Bémol pour les 3 menus enfants qui sont toujours les mêmes. Navette pour aller à la plage. Transats sur place. Supermarché à proximité. »

« Rooms were very clean and host responded quickly to questions. »

« The toilet is too short, the bed is too low to the ground, the couch you sink in2 and had backache thru out our trip ... No communication after cancelation date arrived til day b4 we got there ... pool area very nice n the beach is pretty good ! »

« It met our basic needs for a three day stay in the area. Overall underwhelmed. For starters, we arrived at our appointed time to find the housekeeping staff still working on our room. It took over an hour to have it compete. Needless to say we got off to a bad start. Inside the room was clean and fairly well kept. It was smaller that we had imagined but it met our needs. The colors on the wall and the lighting made the place look drab and lacked the cheerfulness of the pictures. The unit...

« The condo was smaller and that’s ok. It lacked in the details department. The pillows are old the bedding is old. The decorating could use some help. The beach area isn’t anything to get excited about. The water looked dirty. I didn’t go in. If you’re going to base your decision on having a beach I’d go elsewhere. The communication was great! The AC was awesome! The bed was very comfortable. It just lacked details. It needs a make over. Especially new pillows and bedding. »

« EXCELLENT service. Great communication, answered all questions. »

« Came home for a week to visit family and this made us feel like home away from home! Perfect location to adventure throughout northern MI! »

« I have rented many places through VRBO. This is probably my least favorite. The condo was OK, other than the dishwasher did not drain the water out, the shower drain was clogged with hair and did not drain and the oven did not work. The host which is a rental management company was very difficult to get a hold of and was very slow to respond if at all. VRBO was very helpful and did help me out. »

« Comfortable stay, location was perfect for our weekend stay between Traverse City & the Elk Rapids area. Dawn was communicative before and during our stay. Thanks! »

« Communication was good until I checked in. 15 minutes after I entered the condo another woman open the door and said she had rented it for the exact same time. I told her I was already unpacked. I communicated to the management team that there were no no pans, cutting board or knives in the condo to cook with. They did not call me or communicate. I took a ton of food to cook for three days and had absolutely nothing to cook.. This was not a camping trip I should not have had to bring supplies...

« Cute little place close to the vasa trails. Had everything we needed. It’s a unit below another living space, so a little bit noisy from that, but overall had everything we needed and was a great spot for us! We needed to be close to the horse show grounds but also close enough to get to town easily. Checked all the boxes! »
