Accra Region - Réservez votre appartement pour un week-end

« Great location - middle of a lot of interesting things to do. Pleasant staff, concierge are very helpful. Some room issues - but I was moved to another that had a better view. Altogether a good base. With lots of hotel amenities on site »

« Clean and spacious apartment. Great gym and pool. The staff have been courteous and supportive. »

« Excellent customer service and great price for the property, amenities and location... very close to the airport. Definitely staying there again on my next trip to Ghana! »

« The room was clean but in disrepair, the staff pretended not to understand english and were hands-off in many instances. Because each unit in the hotel is individually owned, there is not much the desk staff can assist with. (SO WHY ARE THEY THERE?) The Wi-Fi was good, nearby shops and the mall helped with sundry items. »

« I booked my reservation one week in advance. They took my payment and confirmed the booking, but just 11 hours before my arrival, they moved me to a substandard apartment that was far below what I had originally paid for. I also paid for airport pickup, yet the driver arrived very late. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor and very unresponsive. I will not be booking with them again. »

« Tout était excellent. Le seul bémol était qu'à l'arrivée nous avions attendu assez pour que celle qui s'occupe des appartements viennent à notre rencontre. A ce propos les réceptionnistes ont appelé plusieurs fois le patron de la fille pour qu'elle se manifeste enfin. »
