Embassy Gardens is in a fantastic location in Accra and the overall complex itself has great facilities. The grounds are well maintained and the general atmosphere is pleasant. It’s also close to many useful places in the city, which makes it a convenient base while staying in Accra.
Unfortunately, the apartment I stayed in did not meet expectations. The interior felt very dated and in need of renovation. During my stay I had no WiFi for three days, which was extremely inconvenient. The stove and oven were also not working, making it difficult to cook or properly use the kitchen facilities.
Another disappointing issue was the presence of cockroaches in the apartment, which clearly indicates that the units need better maintenance and pest control.
That said, I want to highlight that the staff who were looking after the apartment were very helpful, polite, and responsive whenever issues were raised. Their attitude and willingness to assist was genuinely appreciated.
Overall, Embassy Gardens has great potential because the location and facilities are strong, but the apartments themselves need upgrading and better maintenance to match the quality of the complex.
