This 4BR, 4.5BA villa has a private pool, fire pit, and ensuite rooms with AC, Smart TVs, and mini-fridges, ideal for groups of up to 15 guests. Guests will receive 2 club cards, providing access to the community club, including additional pools and restaurants, along with discounts at participating restaurants. The two club cards may be used for groups of up to 15 guests. Public beach access is a 10-minute walk away.

• Clubhouse: Sun–Fri 7am–8pm, Sat 7am–10pm
• Community pools: 7am–8pm

✅ We hold a security deposit during your stay, which will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages to the property.

✅ Surveillance or recording devices on the property – We use a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record sounds or conversations; it only monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
✅ We offer early check-in and late check-out options, subject to availability and applicable fees.
✅ For security purposes, we require the full names of all guests included in the reservation. Entry cannot be granted without this information.

⭐ HOUSE RULES ⭐
▪️ Unregistered guests (including visiting) are not allowed. Additional fees may apply.
▪️ Strictly no pets allowed (including emotional support animal). Host should be informed if you have a service animal.
▪️ No smoking within the property's premises.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay ; use the trash cans provided in each room (extra bags are located underneath the current bag). All furniture (including the multi-game table), appliances, and items should be returned to their original place.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, trash management, electronic use, parking, etc.
▪️ Pre-check-in requirements must be completed before arrival. Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, submit a valid government-issued photo ID, and authorize the security deposit through our secure third-party platform (SecureStay). Names of all guests must also be provided to the host before check-in. Check-in instructions and property access will only be provided after the verification process has been successfully completed. Failure to complete these requirements before check-in will result in denied access, and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund (according to cancellation policy). The security deposit will only be charged/captured if damages, missing items, or house rule violations are identified during the post-stay inspection.
▪️ Two provided club cards should be returned before checkout. Lost or unreturned cards may result in a replacement fee.
▪️ Do not climb into the waterfall.
▪️ Hammocks: one person at a time, for lounging only—no swinging.
▪️ Please do not bring or use balloons or water balloons on the property or in the pool. They can damage the pool system and are unsafe for wildlife in the surrounding nature preserve. Extra cleaning or repairs related to balloons may be charged to the reservation.
▪️ Game area rules: adult supervision required for anyone under 18. Dartboard access must be requested by an adult. Do not place drinks on the multi-game table.
▪️ We reserve the right to charge a fee if ANY of the policies stated above is violated.
