I had a terrible experience, I wasnât checked in. I was told to contact Expedia because they are yet to get a confirmation email from Expedia.
This was 10pm at night.
I showed my receipt, my confirmation number, my itinerary number, I logged into Expedia in their presence to show all the details.
The General manager said I should do another booking and pay in their presence to be sure I booked.
I eventually left the hotel looking for another hotel very late at night in Nigeria.
Be warned about this kind of treatment from the OTKâs apartment management
