« BEWARE. So many things wrong with this place. 1...reservation was for a handicap room, clerk said they didn't have one, got a king bed though! 2....room looked like someone had a party, glass in large picture on wall was broken, found afew pieces on floor. Tile around bathtub was cracked and broken. Shampoo holder in bathtub was ripped off wall. Bathroom sink was cracked and the toilet ran all the time. I told front desk but he didn't seem to care. 3...room was on 1st floor and all night...

« We arrived after a big storm and the power was out It was cold and dark, but the staff didn't pout They found us a room and showed us the way Just wrote down my info so the next day I could pay The next morning the staff said happy holidays and gave my kids a treat and a smile It might not seem like much, but we loved that they went the extra mile We got a late checkout because my wife had meetings It was a definitely a really good stay even though it was fleeting »
