« Very nice lodge, clean & comfortable. Great location in lovely surroundings. Nice walk to the loch straight from the door. Nice hot shower . Comfortable bed . The only way it would improve is a better sofa & chairs which were not the best to lounge about in but it certainly wouldn't put me off booking again ( just a slight niggle!). Overall a nice week. »

Das Haus befindet sich etwas abgelegen vom Dorf Skene und liegt absolut ruhig. In der Unterkunft auf ist alles, was man benötigt vorhanden. Lediglich die "Kaffeemaschine" verspricht mehr, es ist eine einfache Nespressomaschine, die oft einige Geduld erfordert... Aber in Schottland sollte man ja Tee trinken. « The facilities were spotless, great location, safe walled garden for pets/children. Lots of very useful descriptive information on the local areas to visit which was split into East and West by the host. The whole house was warm and comfortable with a log burner and readily available hot water 24/7 for baths/showers. We have stayed at 4 good properties recently and this was the best in provisions provided by the host with some nice personal touches down to the fresh flowers on the dining table....
