Attention: Richmond Lake is currently at very low levels as it has been drained down due to scheduled necessary maintenance to the Dam and the spillway. Access to the home is still available, however at this time lake activities are limited.

The perfect spot for families, reunions, hunters, fisherman, and etc, It features 3.5 bathrooms including two with tub/shower combination, and one with a shower. Towels provided for your convenience. Guests will find a variety of comfortable beds, including queen, twin, bunk, and full sizes, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. There is a detached four seasons room with mini split heating/cooling unit that offers more sleeping space. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Bedroom 1 features a Queen bed with a roll away bed in the closet, as well as a recliner to relax at the end of the day. There is a full bath with tub/shower combination attached to this bedroom

Bedroom 2 features a twin over full bunk bed with use of dresser and desk available as well.

Bedroom 3 features a double bed with use of dresser and desk, and beautiful lake views.

Bedroom 4 features a queen bed. This room also has an armoire and desk for your use, as well as a TV.

Bedroom 5 (downstairs) features a twin over full bunk bed, another full bed and a desk for your use. There is also a toy box for young children's toys located in this room.

Bedroom 6 (downstairs) features a day bed with a trundle bed underneath, and a sofa (not a sofa bed) as well as a TV and electric fireplace for your enjoyment.

Bathroom 1 features toilet with tub/shower combo. Towels provided.

Bathroom 4 features toilet and sink. Located directly inside the exterior door off of the patio, perfect for changing into swim gear as well!

The living/dining/kitchen areas feature a coffee bar with seating area, island, as well as all of the kitchen appliances necessary for a enjoying delicious meal at the lake.

The laundry room including washer, dryer and Iron may be used as needed, however -detergent is not provided.

The outdoor space boasts two wood firepits, and two propane fire tables on the patio. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening beverage enjoying the beautiful lake views and the abundant wildlife on the adjacent shoreline.

We welcome hunters and their dogs as the host is an avid hunter as well. We all love our four legged family members, but due to extra cleaning needed after pets we respectfully ask that pets are kept in the four seasons area that is heated and cooled, has a TV, and there is extra sleeping space available in there in the form of a futon in there as well. Please feel free to contact the host with any questions or concerns. We would be more than happy to discuss any questions regarding pets with our guests.

There are two garages on the property which are not included in the rental price. However, if there is a need for bird cleaning, there may be accomodations for this available at a minimal additional cost.
