"Where do I start… dusty room(made me congested the entire three days, couldn’t sleep), washroom door doesn’t even close properly, screaming shower head (squealing noise the entire shower every time), loud until late (if your room faces the pool), you can hear everyone in the hallway. Staff were very friendly and helpful though, as usual. But I wouldn’t stay in the old building for the reasons above. Newer building rooms are better. I only stayed in the old building this time because no other rooms were available."

"Accueil peu chalheureux, pas de sourire, a peine bonjour, difficulté a trouver ma reservation via expedia. Animaux accepté mais 40$ supplementaires ce qui est beaucoup beaucoup trop cher pour un hotel de ce standing sans que vous ayez le moindre service lié aux chiens. Interruption du sommeil car bruyant a l'extérieur a 4:40 am pendant au moins une heure. Aucune finition dans la chambre, impression d’etre au milieu dune salle de bain avec travaux inachevés, baignoire qui s’evacue tres mal. Pratiquer la nuit a 115$ pour cette qualité ce n'est pas adapté du tout. "

"The area around the hotel and front of the building looks rough, but to my surprise the room was renovated not too long ago and was very nice and clean. Staff was very polite. Would come back! "

"Far from what I expected: - cleaning: found a socket in the room from the previous customer and a bottle with liquid i side in the balcony. - service: for a room of 4 people, i would expect 4 towels, not 2. I also asked for housekeeping 1 day and they didn’t do it. They only clean the room upon request: what’s the point of going into a hotel if room is not cleaned daily? - location: convenient with a shopping centre close to the hotel. However, it is noisy as it’s really close to the highway. - hotel: staff is friendly except housekeeping sometimes who where not saying hello or any smile (we are human). The pool is very small and contains a lot of chemicals which hurts the eyes and nose if you stay to much in it. - room: bed is not really comfortable. Size is correct. AC is doing lot of noise, impossible to sleep with. P.S: someone requested me to rate the hotel with 5 stars in google review, and dictated me the words I must write in the review (and for sure mentioning her name). A review is personal and can’t be dictated by someone especially who is working in that place. I get the intention but it’s not the right way. If you want good reviews, give a good service, that’s it."
