« The hotel is very noisy Inside and out. You can hear the traffic, but also the elevator and the neighbors. No accessories in the bathroom: no cream, no cotton, etc. No usb c No bathrobe or slippers for the pool. Too bad for the price »

« Beautiful hotel however an alarm went off at 230am causing all guests to evacuate and not 1 employee addressed us or directed us to any further instructions. Was not very pleased with that as I was awake for the night. »

« We spent two nights here . Overall had good experience . Except First morning at 8:20 am breakfast area was chaos . They ran out of milk , only one container had cereal , no breads, no fruits . We asked staff to refill they said they don’t have milk and fruits, they gave container with oat milk partially filled . « While the staff was friendly and the room was clean, the location by the highway and the doors located on the outside of the building was very unsettling. We actually left after an hour and didn’t return. We got another hotel where we felt safe. »

« Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with good breakfast a block away from the riverfront park. The room even had kitchen appliances and a separate seating area from the bedrooms. The shuttle to the downtown is right across the street. »

« When we first got there we honestly enjoyed what we saw we came for the pool for my sons birthday. The pool was beautiful the outside area has an amazing fireplace and a fountain it has many shoting streams and a waterfall its heated. We ended up there on a chiller day out luck and it was still to cold for me but my son loved it and the room was awsoml »

« The breakfast was ok. I assumed when you had a Continental breakfast, there would be scrambled eggs, toast and bacon or sausage with it, but if you wanted that you had to pay for it. I guess the Hotels in Tennessee only serve cereal, bagels, apples, juice and coffee. Everything else was great except the breakfast. »
