« Good location. Polite and friendly staff. Food stains on wall by dining table in room. Carpet in room was wet in front of AC and window and for about 8' into the room. Reported to front desk. She called someone and told me that she was told it is from the windows. That means they knew it was an issue and rented it anyway. No offer to change room. »

« The air was out in the hallways. The elevator smelled like cigarette smoke a few times. Staff was amazing, but the facility is definitely lacking compared to when I stayed last year. »

« We were traveling and after a long day with 4 littles we stopped at this hotel; The fist room was littered in garbage. It had a musky smell. The TV was broken and would not turn on , even with pushing the button on the tv. They put new batteries in the remote and as expected it did not fix the tv. The floors were disgusting. « I waited 30+ minutes to check in and there was only one per in front of me. The room was clean but had a weird smell and the water tasted gross out of the faucet. The "so-called" free breakfast was picked over by 8am and was told they were out of coffee. Not that they couldn't make more, they were OUT period. We were just disappointed. »

« Checked in nearly at midnight. Parked immediately in front of my room which was great. However you do get what you pay for. 2nights for $125. The room looked cleaned when I first walked in, but there were hairs in the bathtub and small dead bugs all over the floor under the sink, behind the toilet & doors. The bed was painfully stiff, but it was clean. There were cracks in the tub were the finish was falling off, didn’t notice til I was showering, good water pressure tho! It wasn’t loud from...

« My wife and had a 3rd floor room. This is the second time we have stayed there within a 2 month period and the elevator was still broken. Our room had no remote for the TV and also only a half of roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Really only positives was the staff being helpful and nice and bed was comfortable. We will not stay here again until the elevator is fixed or we are able to get a first floor room. »
