« Not so nice experience in the beginning but gets better after that. Disappointed that there are no 1. welcome email prior to arrival 2. not even a welcome card from the resort GM. More disappointed to know, there is no GEM appointed to our room. The front desk staff claimed that only villa guest will be entitled a GEM as there are more than 100 rooms in the property to cope with. Can’t help My high expectations of Six senses brand dropped to the bottom as I was wowed by the level of service...

« We had a truly amazing time there. We enjoyed the peace and nice mountain view and air while in the hotel. What's better is it's right next to the Luneng town centre where it's easy to find restaurants and activities in the evening. Hotel staff were all great! »

« We have booked this hotel for Monday, Tuesday and Wed nights (3 nights) one month ago, the hotel policy stated no refund and no cancellation allowed. My flight on Monday was cancelled, so I called hotel to keep my room since refund was not allowed. But when we checked in on Tuesday, the staff told us booking cancelled / no room reserved / didn’t receive reservation / need to call Expedia staff etc. However, we can book a room with the current rate which is almost double from what we paid...
