« Really lovely stay at The Belsfield. Clean, smart, spacious and beautiful. It has been renovated recently and the decor has a classy and stylish manor feel, lovely lounges, view of the lake for breakfast, comfortable room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast made to order plus great muffins! Very relaxing a perfectly situated for getting boats. We will be back!
Only downside was a sneaky £15 parking a day if you book through a third party. No real reason given for this. Hotel was value for...

« The room was in some what of a good condition apart from the pervious persons rubbish under the bed and the cobwebs above the bed limited heating with no control of it found ourselves rather cold throughout our time in the room. »

« The person at the reception had a very inappropriate behaviour. The welcome was cold, to such a point that we did not stay in the hotel for the diner. Piscine (nice, good temperature), sauna (not warm enough - could not even sweat) Jaccuzzi (out of order). Wifi limited to Whathsapp and Facebok. TV poor quality (channels). Room quite big, good confort with 2 kids, a plus »

« We came back late from a long walk in the Lakes and realize arriving in our room that they gave us a room with no blind or curtain !!!!
We rang the Reception at 11pm they said someone was coming but nobody showed up.
The following morning when we wanted to record a formal claim the receptionist just told us "sorry"
It is a shame !!!
Avoid this hotel !
You pay a high rate for the location but the rest is shameful !! »

I had such a wonderful experience during my recent check-in. From start to finish, everything was smooth and welcoming, but what truly made our stay special was the incredible surprise waiting in the room.
The bed had been beautifully decorated with balloons, a birthday banner, and a thoughtful card, which made the occasion feel so personal and memorable. It was such a lovely touch and completely exceeded our expectations.
My daughter had called ahead to ask whether this could be arranged,...

« This hotel is 10/10 the staff the room the restaurant and especially the spa were amazing! we had a very easy check in and our bags bought up to our room. I had notified the hotel it was my boyfriends birthday so we received 3 birthday cards in total from the main hotel W restaurant staff and the spa. We had a lovely relaxing two days stay and will definitely be coming back. Would also like to mention the guest relations manager think his name was Craig but he was amazing and very accommodating...
