« While our stay got off to a rocky start, the staff were very helpful in sorting out some broken appliances. The room was very clean and comfortable. The halls had a lot of visible dust at the carpet edges but otherwise common spaces were also clean. »

« L’hôtel est chic et propre, comprend 3 restaurants. Le petit déjeuner est un peu cher. Tout le personnel parle anglais et le service est très bon. Chambre propre et pratique, pas de superflu. La connection internet n’a pas de VPN. Métro accessible à pied en 5 min, pour aller en centre il faut environ 20 mn (Metro ou taxi), peu de choses dans les environs. »

« Expedia gave incorrect geographical coordinates and I ended up stranded in a inhospitable neighborhood. The hotel reacted quickly. They sent a taxi to pick me up; apologized; upgraded my room from basic to presidential; and offered a fantastic meal at no cost. My initial outrage changed into appreciation. My gratitude goes to the hotel staff. Thank you. »

« Excellent rapport qualité prix en raison de l'emplacement qui est légèrement décentré de l'hyper centre (20 mn à pied ou 1€ en taxi en 2017), un personnel partiellement bilingue chinois/anglais, mais au desk il y a toujours au moins 2 ou 3 personnes qui parlent suffisamment l'anglais et qui sont super attentifs. « There’s food eateries and restaurants around the hotel. Location is pretty convenient. The room is kinda old and spooky. Corridors are not well lighted . However, the room is very spacious but the bed is hard . »

« L'emplacement n'est pas extraordinaire, MAIS ce sont des appartements de très bon standing avec des belles prestations, chambres à part, salon très confortable et beau design, sdb, une cuisine avec grand frigo, plaques et machine à laver le linge. Le personnel est très sympa. J'y ai fait une quarantaine préventive covid et ils me livraient tout ce que je souhaitais. »
