« Room was cleaned and ambients was great.
Only thing was price was slightly higher, limited food options at the mall. Could attract more guest if price was more adjusted for sure because no it was a residence with no room service. Enjoy the stay nevertheless »

« The breakfast options were quite limited, and food items were frequently not replenished unless specifically requested by guests. To make matters worse, the coffee machine was out of order, with management attributing it to peak season wear — an excuse that falls short of the standards expected at this level. Overall, the property does not quite live up to its 4-star rating. The one saving grace is its convenient location. For those seeking a genuinely superior experience, The Chateau nearby is...

« The communication with the host was pathetic and their were no clear direction regarding checkin.
You basically go outside besides road side and get your key card. The room was okay but the Bedsheets had yellow stains and they looked dirty. Mattress would give you backache for sure. Avoid if possible. »

« A was underwhelming, it was advertised as 1 king bed, 1 single and a futon but the futon was just a sofa that was loosely covered by a cover to hide stains and tears.
The washing machine wasnt working, so that was disappointing as it was one of the reason I book the place.
It wasnt that the place wasnt clean, but it was aesthetically displeasing as it was covered with stains (blood?), the cushions were also stained and the covers either was torn or didnt quite fit the pillows.
There is no...

« Due to nation wide shutdown effective on 18 Mar 2020, the eateries offered only take-outs so my family after checking out ate the food in the hotel lobby but was told off by hotel staff. While i understand it is against the hotel policy, I thought the hotel staff could have been a bit more understanding given the circumstance. »

« Check in is relatively easy following the procedure given; Environment and settling is nice. However, access is not easy especially there is a road closure but the hotel is not properly sign posted; Notice is given that it takes 45 minutes after switching on the water heater for hot water (which in itself is not great), in reality, no hot water is available after at least 2 hours. Hot water is available after overnight. Other defects include hair dryer is not working and access to balcony...
