« We found a cockroach in the bathroom and had tiny ants on the counter so the unit needs to be fumigated for sure. They had 3 pools which was great and not a far walk to the beach. »

« The condo was just as it was described. Everything was clean when we got there. There were plenty of great beach toys. Matt’s communication was spot on! Really enjoyed our time and was worth the money! »

« It was close to the beach, had a nice hot tub around back, was clean, and had all the tv channels. I didn’t like how small it was, they didn’t provide any shampoo/conditioner, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. »

« This is a completely remodeled property with 4 California King beds and (1) room with bunk beds. (4) full baths. 15 Yards from the beach and two blocks from the Village. This is a great location I will surely be returning to. Enjoy! »

« Beachside condo rental, Sarasota, March 12-19, 2022. All good. The condo itself was slightly narrow. The beach outfront was a bit too crowded. Construction was going on next-door. »

« The building was under construction which was not revealed to us prior to booking. Inside the windows of the unit were filthy. The TV in the bedroom did not work for half of the vacation and the shower had a governor on it and was warm at best. Being under construction the pool area was dirty and very open to all the workers. the hallways all had building paper down. Very disappointing! »

« The area is beautiful. The condo was very nice. Has everything in it. You can cook if you prefer. The Gulf of Mexico was right behind the condo walk out on to the beach. It also has a pool. I have no complains I would def go back again . »
